Black Women Producing
Black Women Producing is a free month-long educational series for Black Women interested in producing commercial theatre. The effort is to expose the demographic to the opportunities and logistics in this niche and often inaccessible career path.
It aims to build a network of Black Women who can easily be recommended for fellowships, apprenticeships, and jobs in the commercial theatre industry.

Jacquelyn Bell

Jacquelyn Bell is a NYC based commercial theatre producer, most known for the Off-Broadway hit Emojiland, the Musical. Jacquelyn has nearly 2 decades of experience working a multitude of theatrical professions. She is delighted to share what she has learned in the often closed-door commercial theatre world.
Megan Miles Stewart
Moderator
Megan a Baltimore, MD native, currently resides in NYC and is a dancer, yoga instructor, motivator and event host. She has roots in musical theatre performance and has never strayed too far away from the arts in all career endeavors. Excited to be a part of the BellArts team again for the next Black Women Producing series as a moderator and to learn more about commercial theatre!
